All full-time employees are eligible to participate in our Group Medical plan. Banterra provides a long-term disability policy which offers partial income replacement in the event a full-time employee is unable to work because of a non-work related illness or injury.
All full-time employees may elect coverage under various supplemental insurance policies. These policies pay predefined dollar amounts to covered individuals for selected illness or treatments. If elected, the employee pays the premiums through payroll deduction.
Full-time employees accrue annual paid leave time based on employment date. The annual leave may be used by the employee for any reason.
Full-time employees accrue paid leave time that may be used for illness of themselves or to care for a family member after three consecutive days of absences.
Full-time employees receive eight hours of pay per holiday. The company follows the Federal Reserve holiday schedule for the majority of its locations.
Full-time employees will receive bereavement leave for the death of a family member.
The Company will grant full-time employees a leave of absence with full pay.
