We Support Charities Year-Round
We provide year-round support to charities within our branch and company. A charity is featured for a limited time, and we host fund-raising or supply collection in our branches and administrative offices. The charity also receives brand awareness through in-branch, website and social network promotion as well as PR efforts. You can learn more about our current featured charity below.
Our Featured Charity
Granted
Granted is a community-based nonprofit located in Evansville, Indiana. Two local residents, Carl Wallace and Carolyn Pfaffmann, founded the organization with a mission to grant once-in-a-lifetime wishes for local children who have been diagnosed with life-threatening or terminal conditions. Serving a population of over one million people, Granted works to make wishes come true for children residing in the areas of Southern Indiana, Southern Illinois, and Western Kentucky. Banterra was honored to donate $50,000 to Granted’s “House of Hope” initiative to secure naming rights for the Children’s Grassy Play Area, in addition to raising funds for Granted through the sale of solar eclipse glasses which raised more than $25,000 for charity.
