What Are Your Top Three Life Highlights?
- At my high school graduation, we had a huge water fight on the football field at the end of the ceremony. It felt right out of a movie.
- My friends and I spent the day at Lagoon (Utah’s theme park) riding rides until 2 AM, then enjoyed an IHOP breakfast at 4 AM.
- I stayed in a beach house at Newport Beach for the week with my family.
What Is Your Favorite Sport?
My top three sports are tennis, golf, and volleyball.
How Have You Grown Personally Or Professionally While Working At Banterra?
I have grown more accustomed to my coworkers and the work they are doing. In all my previous roles, I have only had one job – Teller. Here, I have had the opportunity to gain experience and grow with other departments, including the Marketing team through the Brand Ambassador program. I have learned so much thanks to the help of several banking professionals I work beside including Sr. Portfolio Manager Greg Argyle, Market Executive Preston Keller, Regional Market Executive Jeremy Lowry, Sr. Construction & Mortgage Coordinators Tracy Hendriksen and Kristin Brown and the Director of Residential Lending Tanya Perea. Even on the day-to-day, Banking Center Manager Sophia Fradelakis has let me watch over her shoulder to learn what she does and how she does it. Overall, it is such a blessing to learn new roles and see exactly what I want to continue doing.
