As a Concierge Banker, your responsibilities include cultivating lasting customer relationships, employing a proactive sales approach to identify needs, and overseeing sales, service, and operational functions within a branch. A Teller is a great opportunity to launce your banking career. You would play a pivotal role in the day-to-day branch operations. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing financial transactions and promoting Banterra's products and services. The Teller position demands a commitment to delivering quality customer service, something Banterra is founded upon. 

In additional to these positions, as well as many others located within the branches, there are also, at times, positions in departments like Information Security, Human Resources, Accounting, and more, that may not be directly related to Banterra’s products and services.  These positions could range anywhere from an Information Security Office, that serves a key role in leadership and helps keep assets secure from internal and external threats to a HR Talent Acquisition Specialist that helps with developing strategies and hiring plans.
